Spicy snack
This bacon is a bacon lover's dream. It's a flavorful indulgence that's easy to get hooked to. I think these would make an exceptional party snack, or added to sandwiches? Chef's kiss.

Tastes a little like soggy bacon...but, still bacon.

Good product, just unexpectedly sweet.
Good bacon jerky, but you miss some of the savory because of the added sugar. I've had the applewood. BBQ and sriracha. They're all good...and I may buy them again...but jerky doesn't need this much sugar...even with the BBQ.

WOW. Amazing Flavor!
I tried to stop eating after a few grabs out of the bag. Not possible, I finished it off. Very unique product-- nothing like it. I am a jerky eater, and this is a one-of-a-kind product.

Sriracha has great taste, but this bacon is mostly fat with little meat
I know that bacon is naturally quite fatty, but I was surprised at how much of each strip in this package was fat. Typically, bacon jerky is fairly lean, but this doesn't have much meat to it. If I had to estimate it, I'd say that this is 80-90% fat. The Sriracha flavor is quite good, though. I know some folks love (or at least don't mind) the fatty portions, so if that's you, then this might be good bacon jerky for you. Just consider if eating the fat at room temperature is what you want. I prefer more "meaty" bacon and also tend to only eat the meat portion and through away the fat, so these were a disappointment for me in terms of how much I actually got out of each package. I've also had one of their meat stick varieties and really like it, so I think this brand makes some good stuff, but this bacon jerky was a miss for me.
