Great for the golf course!
My goto drink for the golf course. Usually get through a bottle of this and a couple of bottles of tap water during my round. I have noticed I do stay hydrated better rather than just drinking water. Wish the cap was easier to remove though!

Hydration support
Love this for longer workouts. The sugar-free Raspberry flavour I tried tastes slightly weak and watered down compared to the original sport flavours. Makes me feel hydrated and is still a great choice, I appreciate the zero-sugar. Wouldn’t recommend if you prefer stronger flavours though.
