These are the best smart switches! *by M***R on August 27, 2025* We love these Lutron smart switches. They are very reliable and come right online after a power outage. We had Leviton smart switches that used WiFi and they would go offline after a power outage and often had to be reset and re-added to the network. These Lutron switches use Radio Frequency to connect with my Lutron hub and that is plugged into the network via an Ethernet connection. We have 20 Lutron smart switches connecting to the Lutron hub, and it can handle more. They also have features like auto-off after a time you set. We use this on the garage interior, pantry, and laundry room lights that were always being left on all night. You can also control if or when the LED indicator is on or off.
