I bought these in a frenzy of vitamin purchases as I had an inclining I was deficient in something, I could just feel it inside me. 22 years old why am I so tired and fatigued? I eat clean, go to the gym, take every other measure I can to improve my health yet always felt something was missing... IT WAS THESE! I take 4 in the morning and one after every big meal throughout the day to stay topped up, I see no downside in doing this other than I burn through them and they're £16 a tub but what is health worth to you? Worth a lot to me. Just about to order me another tub and thought if you're on the edge give them a go
