Simply wonderful!
This book is wonderful! I was tired of getting other self-help books but they simply did not address the underlying reasons for anxiety and fear. As a person with multiple past events that cause stress, it was a great way to look at the function of thought vs. thinking in a simple format. I purchased this book first in Audible and then wanted a copy to give to my son. It is a wonderful book for anyone who struggles with these issues.

A SCAM
I have received today and my disappointment has been enormous. The price does not correspond at all with what you get. Of the total of 250 sheets, 10 have content, the rest are copies of the same. It would have been more than enough to publish a notebook with 20 pages.
