Ifound it works best if you do not skip a night. It's not perfect, but makes enough difference so my wife and I both get a good nights sleep.

Absolute waste of money does NOT do what it proclaims save your money and dont bother

My snoring was off the scale and whilst this spray hasn’t stopped it completely it has reduced the level of snoring and horrendous noise I make right down. The Snore Lab app numbers of 100 plus have been halved, hence I sleep better and those in adjacent bedrooms can’t hear me anymore

Although I think this product works, and the taste was fine, after a few uses the pump action stopped working. This is a shame because I think the fact that it had the attachment to direct the spray to the back of the throat was it's best feature. Even without the attachment it didn't work. Now I have half a bottle of something I really want to use but cannot access.

I wasn’t honestly sure if this would work - having tried a few different things. My partner snores like a walrus with a cold - surprised our house is still standing with the noise some nights. Though this doesn’t stop the snoring it is drastically reduced to a point where I can actually get to sleep and stay asleep. It’s not the nicest sensation using it, but it’s worth it - trust me!

So thought I would try this one in the search for the best. I use SnoreLab app which is great for analysing what is effective, this I am afraid had no effect and maybe even a very slight increase on using nothing 😜. So it's back to the market leader in anti Snore liquids and strips which does reduce my snoring by a 25% by far the biggest reduction next to side sleeping. As they say on the apprentice The Search goes on.

I'm giving 5 *'s all around because I have had the best 2 nights sleep for years ! With my husband taking it 🤣 . He said it tastes between peppermint and fruit but as far as I'm concerned it does what it says on the tin 👍

Used as directed and recorded on an app during the night with no effect whatsoever.

Das Schnarchen wird deutlich leiser leiser von meinem Mann. Gemessen vorher 112 db und mit Schnarchen Relief Anti Schnarchen Mundspray zwischen 63 und 82 db. So spricht das Produkt für sich.

J’achetée ce produit pour mon époux, le résultat très rapide ,enfin le sommeil tranquille :) Très bien et efficace !

My wife said this product didn't aid in my snoring at all, I also just found out you cannot return this if didn't work, a hard DO NOT BUY on this product.

Ho ordinato spray per mio marito. Ha problemi di russamento. Abbiamo provato molti dispositivi. Ma questo spray funziona bene. Usa lo spray prima di coricarsi. Le notti sono diventate più tranquille per me
