Nice thin cotton, head doesn't get too hot. It's a little snug on me but I admittedly have a large noggin. Love the print though and hopefully it washes well.

Constantly came loose while I was in the OR, to the point I had to just switch to a disposable cap. Beware that it is not suitable for the OR to stay secure. Pretty disappointed.
