First off, it's a very well made modern looking desk. Looks very nice and the dropping feature is a plus for space saving.I installed mine at 30" high and it seems to work very well for typing. Mounting hardware was not included with my desk. I needed to purchase 2 Phillips head screws to be installed vertically into one stud, and 4 other Phillips screws with "butterfly springs" to hold the desk into the drywall from my local hardware store.The horizontal bar of the desk cannot be installed into studs - only the vertical. The distancing of the holes on the horizontal bar prevents it's installation into 16" studs. So, you will need to install these into the drywall by use of these "butterfly latches". Very high quality desk with a small hassle on the instruction of installation.

As the clean, dry laundry came out, I had no where to sort & fold - other than the top of the washer & dryer. After sliding piles side to side with each load, sometimes falling on the floor - I needed a better way! I easily installed this on the wall next to my laundry pair. This allowed me to pop-up the table when I need it; and drop it down, out of the way when I don't. Smart, practical - and very affordable solution!PS: For all the other reviews complaining about the wall anchors...come on, be smart - always use you OWN wall anchors on ANY hanging product you purchase. Manufacturers ALWAYS put the cheapest 1-cent part in the bag. It's YOUR wall - install & reinforce with the PROPER anchor. Don't allow this small part keep you from getting a good product.

I have many IKEA products and have never had difficulty with assembly. But this - there is nothing in the order description that tells you there are no mounting screws, anchors, etc for the wall. I opened this in my classroom to assemble and had to go buy additional hardware. This needs to be clearly stated in the description. Also, the design of the holes are not in spaces where all of them will fit in the studs in the wall. Yes, you can use anchors, but this is supposed to be used as a desk. Overall, this was very difficult to assemble and install. I LOVE it now that it's up on the wall and will be great in my classroom, but it should not be this difficult to install.

Works amazing and perfect for space-saving, but it was harder than I expected to set up. There are just holes for screws and you need to find a wall stud to line up with them. This made it tricky for us but it's up now and our kids can enjoy their art table and not have all their supplies spread out on the kitchen table!

Table is cool once assembled but you definitely need another person to help out as instructed! I struggled doing this on my own but it came out nice and sturdy. The instructions were kind of hard to follow but it just took me a little trial and error.

It is a good desk for small spaces such as my tiny room. However, this product doesn't come with the proper nails to mount it with.keep in mind that depending on your wall, (Hint: mine is plaster), it will be major trial and error when trying to attach the table to the wall.

Bought this for our son as he had a very small space for his dining area. The table was easy to install and looks great. Two people can easily sit at this table and eat. It is also used as a work space to do office type work. Folds out of the way easily when not in use.
