AeroLight Wing AW200SE, LED Grow Light 200W with Integrated Circulation Fan, Compatible with App, Used with Growhub Controller E42A/E25 to Achieve More Functions for 2x4/3x3 Grow Tent

I’ve been using Vivosun lights for a while now, of various sizes in various sized grow tents, and the aw400’s are a great addition for almost anyone…assuming you have the correct size tent. Meant for a 4x4 size tent, it excels at what it does. Essentially a 26x26” light, or will have trouble fitting 2 foot deep tents, but will fit by sacrificing the angle of the wings in the more downward position, but then the drawback is a higher PAR, even when you don’t want it. Would probably be better suited for a 3x3, with roughly 44w per sq ft of floor space, vs 25w per sq ft of the 4x4. However, it still has done a great job in the bigger tent. Good light spread from corner to corner, integrated fan. Connecting to the Vivosun app allows you access the adjustable spectrum for 3 different stages of growth. This is a well made and sturdy light, and the Samsung diodes are some of the best available, though it is a little on the heavy side. Be aware, if you use ratchet hangers, they will require two handed adjusting per hanger, as the weigh makes the pulleys difficult to adjust. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but they do add some heft. All in all, these lights are worth the price.

Haven’t had the product long enough to tell if it’s going to last. It seems like the circulatory fan setting will help with growth and to keep the heat level down. This light hooks to the controller and can be controlled with a timer and also fluctuates between the sealing veg and flower modes. Chord length is long enough to reach an outlet or power strip. Functions like it should. I got it almost 50 percent off and was a good value for the money. If it was on sale again for the same price I would snatch up another one. I would pay full price too just not in the market for it at the moment.

Great light, great support(my lights fan stopped working and they sent me a new light and let me keep the original which works fine besides the built in fan). All their products from lights, fans, humidifiers, anything you can think of work on the same system that you can control from your phone. Grows great plants. Great design with foldable wings. Very durable. It does produce a decent amount of heat, but with the built in fans and adding a few others depending on size of area makes it no problem. There is no assembly required.

This is a really professional light. You can adjust the light leves and schedule (almost) to a T. It gets very hot. The fan does help cool it, still very hot though. One thing I don’t like is that you can’t set the brightness level lower than 25% on schedule mode. You can only set it to 1% indefinitely and not a schedule, so you would have to manually turn it on and off if you need to go lower than 25% brightness.

This light is good quality and is easy to use !! You can set it up with an app on your phone and it wasn’t expensive the heat is perfect

I’ve never been able to get a marjoram seed to sprout until I bought this light. I bought the controller and had that and my parsley growing in no time. Lovely.

Packaging was good units were shipped and delivered without injury. The lights are bright. The fans are loud. The quality control seems decent. manufacturing seems decent. The heat level seems acceptable. The value for the money seems acceptable, considering the competition on the market. The plug is long enough to supply power from 4 feet. The issue is the product page sells you on all of these amazing features, and you find out when you get the package at home that none of these features are available unless you upgrade and buy additional hardware. There’s a name for this. It’s called bait and switch and it’s illegal… the app doesn’t connect to the lights without the controller. The controller is an additional $89. But the product page says the light is compatible with the app and with the controller. It doesn’t indicate that the controller is required to use the app. So if you just bought the light without the controller like me, the functionality is extremely limited, there is no control for the light spectrum, there is no control for the fan speed, there’s no control for anything. And that is why I give this product one star, for using Bait-and-switch tactics, for having no additional functionality that it was in fact marketed with. It’s just a dumb light with a loud fan.
