Tsukineko Delicata Ink pad, Golden Glitz

I'm really loved this Ink, takes a little wild to dry, but that's expected with all metallic ink.

Beautiful high quality ink that shows up on dark paper and doesn’t smear. Used for wedding invite stamp on envelopes.

Pro: worked good. Added a golden/metallic gild to the text-block. Overall, happy with the gilding it produced. Con: First time using this, so I may be wrong, but the quantity should have been more. Maybe these are only made for art, so using it for text-block gilding demands allot of ink that this was not designed for? I wish there was more ink provided in the pad, but maybe this was never the intention of this product (text-block gilding). Overall: Great product, but I wish the pad provided more ink-product. Maybe there are other products designed more for text-block gilding? Not sure. Liked it, but wish I had more product for the price.

I have been looking for a way to gild the pages in my journals. After trying markets, paint pens and mica sprays - I finally found an affordable and permanent (no bleed, no smudging when touched) solution. I apply with and ink blending sponge and it works great. Great product, good price and quick shipping. It's a yes for me!

This is one of the better (best) gold ink pads available right now. That being said, it still isn't solid and even enough in coverage for my liking. If you happen to have Rangers Perfect Pearls product, boost your metallic effect by dusting your still-wet stamped image with the pearls. It comes out almost looking foiled. The excess powder can be 'swiffered' off and hasn't smudged in my experience. Does not need to be heat or water set. I gave up using Ranger's Perfect Medium ink (clear and dark) after having to toss out all the mini cubes that come in the kits and full size pads because Perfect Medium eats the pads to mush, rendering them useless. Though Delicata is metallic, it works 100x better than Perfect Medium ever did for me. I think this is a great product by itself, but it gets knocked out of the ballpark when dusted with Perfect Pearls. Photos attached. Hopefully the beautiful shimmer can be detected. Note: I purchased this in 2013 and it's still going strong. 5 years later, I finally got around to reviewing it! So happy there are more colors available in this product line.

Seems great. Touched it to my skin and it wouldn't come off for a fair bit. (Didn't try to wash it off, just looking at basic wear n tear.) Seems great to me. It's very beautiful and sparkly.

So pretty!!! It shines a lot on paper or even on cotton bags.

Un bel colore luminoso, utilissimo per dorare la filigrana di carta (quilling). Molto pratico, lo consiglio!

Personnellement j'adore ce doré ! Il tire plus vers le jaune orangé et non le rouge ou le vert. Il est scintillant, c'est à dire pigmenté et sûrement avec de minuscules paillettes. J'en ai un autre d'une autre marque qui est plus métal et qui n'a pas ce côté scintillant. Bien couvrant sur le papier. L'encreur est bien "juteux". Une fois sec sur le papier (qq minutes mais assez rapidement quand même) quand on passe le doigt, on sent nettement la matière sur le papier. Dommage qu'il ne s'utilise pas sur les surfaces non poreuses (vélin, plastique etc) car je le trouve vraiment beau, il faudra en chercher un autre pour ces autres surfaces.

Ì only tried it with a very small stamp.....and it's way too pale. I actually won't probably use it and accidentally threw out the return address. I don't know iftherè's anything I can do.
