The arancinotto is the MADE IN SICILY mould that allows you to prepare the perfect Sicilian arancino in an easy and fast way; Easy to use, it is useful both to large workshops or restaurants that want to improve and speed up the production of arancini, and to those who simply want to make them at home to bring to the table the flavor of Sicily. It becomes simple to prepare buffets and great dinners in an original way. It is made of non-toxic plastic certified for food use. This particular model allows you to make arancini from 160 grams a point, which for home use represents the standard weight.

Review: Wonderful tool, fun and easy to use - The arancini you make with this model are a little larger than the largest hen egg you can encounter. To give you a sense of how much rice to prepare, one pound of uncooked rice will yield enough rice for about 10-12 arancini, depending on how much stuffing you insert. After two or three, you get the knack and it's fast and easy to make a batch. Personally I don't deep-fry them. I bread them, lay them on a cooking plate, spray them with olive oil and bake them for 45-60 minutes at 350°. Don't be afraid to overcook the rice a bit so that it will be pastier and therefore less likely to fall apart once formed and removed from the arancinotto.
Review: Beyond my expectation. - When you make Sicilian "arancine" from scratch, you run the risk of under/over filling the sphere. or misshapen/ uneven rice. This device makes it foolproof. Perfectly round, fast to fill, and the amount of filling is perfect. Frankly, I expected something to be off. NO. I bought this on a lark, and I am SO glad I did. This is an excellent product. The recipes online are also perfect. The only warning I have is to not tamp down with too much pressure on the topping rice.

The arancini you make with this model are a little larger than the largest hen egg you can encounter. Wow it makes it so easy. Fry Daddy Elite is the perfect accompaniment. Be creative and follow your heart. Instructions/recipe included. Don’t skimp on the rice!!! Get some good risotto rice. I like to make a mushroom risotto and fill with mozz and canalized onions. I cannot imagine making these the old fashioned way...
