I can’t sleep without something covering my eyes so an eye mask is essential. I’ve tried a few over the years and this is pretty good. The strap is adjustable – essential in my opinion. It does sometimes slide about at night but I’m not sure if that’s to do with the shape of my head and my movements during sleep. I have not yet found an eye mask that will stay in place all night. Eye coverage is generous – I would say this is larger than other masks I’ve used. It’s a nice feeling to have such full coverage of the eye area. When in place, light does not enter at all. The fabric is soft to the touch and doesn’t irritate my eyes. Recommended purchase.

We moved house in August 2018 and I practically need a cave to sleep in. Our new bedroom was still too bright even with blackout blinds, so decided to invest in some new sleep-masks to achieve a lay-in at weekends (and not waking up at 5am in summer!) I already had a few eye-masks from long-haul flights, but they were getting a bit tatty. I ordered a selection of sleep masks in October 2018 and this is by far the best one for the way I sleep. As someone who sleeps flat on their front, moulded eye-masks tend not to work well - as soon as I place my face on a pillow or mattress, a ridged mask will move and then lets in some light. I thought that this eye mask would be WAY too big for my face, but the fact that it appears 'oversized' is what makes it perfect. I can lay on my front, put my face onto the pillow/mattress and NO light gets in! The material is so comfortable too. Really soft and a pleasure to have against my skin. I haven't found it too warm, but I am quite a cool person and live in the UK (not warm!). I love it so much, I don't want to wash it, in case it ruins it in some way. :-( I do have a spare, so I'll have to put one in the wash whilst the having the other as back-up.

I bought this to use now in these summer months as it is light at 4 in the morning. I was thinking of getting blackout curtains as mine are practically see-through, but bought this instead. I used it last night for the first time and for the first time in weeks did not wake up at the crack of dawn! It is so soft and comfortable and you can adjust the elastic around your head to suit yourself. I was not even aware that I was wearing it. It is an excellent product and has saved me the expense of buying new curtains!! (It's nothing like those cheap ones they give you on planes - this one is actually comfortable over your eyes).

My husband sleeps fitfully, and hates being in a completely dark room, so turns on a very low light if he wakes up. This always wakes me, and I often then find it difficult to get back to sleep. I have tried various other masks, and never found one that works for me. I was not very hopeful when I ordered this, but it has turned out to be a complete success. The adjustable strap means that it does not slide around if I turn over, and there is no light leakage at all around the edges. Highly recommended.

The eye mask is decent quality, feels soft, but will not last you past a year, spend a few extra bucks and get one that lasts longer, also the silk gets wet easily and doesn’t feel great on the skin, so if you easily sweat avoid this product.

First go with a sleep mask, felt a bit silly but 3 hours of dark in Norway meant we needed some help. This mask is comfy and was effective for us, almost zero light and that tiny little bit only if wriggling it on your bonce to try and make it not work. Made instant difference to my sleep quality and pattern, both on how i felt and what fitbit said. Great value therefore at this price but what price do you put on a good night’s sleep? Worth every penny.
