Acurate, well the temperature is part is. I have no way to test how acurate the sound level part is but as the thermometer side is within a tenth of a degree C the sound side is likely to follow as the whole meter is sftware calibrated.

Very useful gadget. Having temperature and humidity also is a nice feature.

I give it 5 stars for functionality. It has exactly everything you need. It has ideal dimensions and is comfortable. I didn't have the opportunity to check the calibration but comparing the results I think it is very accurate for not profesional measurements. Unfortunately, there is one prolem, the body is delicate. When the meter is lying on the desk and no one touches it, it works properly. But just pick it up and parts of the screen disappear. Maybe it's just this one. I decided to return it. BTW it's not that easy because there is no option to print a sticker and the QR code usually doesn't work and you waste a lot of time.

Easy to use, value for money.

This is a simple sound DB meter. It does exactly what you'd hope and expect, but the surprise is how robust and well made it is for the low cost. Good clear display, too. As far as I can tell, using the Audiotool pro Android app + calibrated external Dayton mic, it's accurate.

Checking loud noises really good

This seemed quite complicated but the seller sent a information sheet which explained things clearer.

安い騒音計の精度はどのくらいか、疑問に思っていたが、B&Kの1/2マイク校正器で計ると、94dBのマイク感度の誤差は0.5 dB以内に収まっていた。感度補正はできないようだが、この程度の誤差なら問題ない。ただし周波数特性や指向特性、リニアリティは調べていないので、気になる人は、ピンクノイズをスピーカから再生させて、iPhoneの騒音計アプリと比べてみるとよいでしょう。

I picked up the TopTes TS-501B decibel meter to calibrate my home theater speakers to 75 dB, and it worked absolutely flawlessly. The readings were consistent and spot-on, and the A/C weighting options made it easy to get precise measurements depending on the environment. The 2.25-inch LCD screen is surprisingly large and very easy to read, and the backlight is super helpful in dim lighting. The MAX/MIN function is great for tracking sound fluctuations, and the meter responds quickly to changes. It also comes with three AAA batteries and a nice carrying case, which is a bonus. The low-battery alert is handy too, so you’re never caught off-guard mid-measurement. Overall, this is a reliable and user-friendly decibel meter—perfect not just for home theater work but also for checking noise levels around the house or in the workshop. Highly recommend!
