Nice hot curry sauce that goes perfectly with chips and is easy to make. I didn’t follow the directions, instead eyeballed the powder and water ratios because I know the consistency I like. I’d say you would get four servings from one pot from a mans POV, maybe more for someone who likes smaller portions. This makes it fairly pricey, but it’s the nicest curry sauce I’ve tried so far. You do need to make it in a pan to get the correct consistency, but this takes no time at all. For spice reference, I like madras and vindaloo curries, so I found this perfect, but may not be for everyone.
