As I study alot i feel extra tired so been taking these to raise my energy and all i have purchased from this company many times in the past and never failed the quality. So I am happy with this. I feel there's no taste ans it easy to swallow as well.

Very good pack of vitamins. They are larger size to swallow however seem to be working.

These tablets are great, they truly make a difference to energy levels and I wouldn't be without them. However, they reek. Whilst buying a large quantity makes sense economically, in future I'm going to buy 90 at a time. They smell strongly of marmite/beef hula hoops (as they should, marmite is a source of b vitamins) from opening and this smell just gets stronger and stronger as they are exposed to the air. It's utterly overwhelming. Whatever room you store them in gets this beefy tang, which is quite remarkable when you consider it is simply coming from a container of pills! If this doesn't bother you then they are a great value and quality option but I would genuinely consider, when it comes to b vitamins, buying a smaller quantity.

Been using these for 6 months now and contains all the B vitamins you need plus vitamin C, they have made a difference to my energy levels and since my B vitamins do get low which I find out after a blood test and it’s been fine since I started these. Especially good the day after a heavy drinking session helps hangovers. The size is small but the shape is odd with some sharps type bits they have got caught in my throat a few times but nothing major. I will be ordering again soon as I sometimes take 2 in the morning.

I find this one of the best vitimin B complex on the market. The company that makes them is reliable to be free from all gmo's etc. It is quite high strength too, also has a supporting vitimin C which l believe is a vitimin that you can practically double the recommenced dose and helps with many ailments. This is easy to swallow tablet. I have found, because of its importance, that l purchase thiamin, B1 to back this up though l guess its not neccessary really.Reasonable price too, British made l believe which l always try and purchase.

I have been using this Vit B complex for approx 3 to 4 weeks. I do think it's contributing to my health along with other supplements like magnesium, D3/K2, omegas etc. Just note drink plenty of fluid as the urine turns quite yellowish. I will purchase again.

After a couple of days I fealt my energy levels increasing, great product, in my opinion.

I bought these back in 2023 and I tried to swallow them but it was really difficult as they were like a cylinder. I left them lying around for a while and tried them recently again however, I still can’t swallow them without gagging. Hope they have changed shape in the meantime.
