Perfect service
Acegoo responded to my concern immediately and in the most customer centric way. I bought this item 2 years ago but have noticed that when my RV master switch is turned off for storage and then turned back on that these reading lights always turned on. This resulted in draining my battery several times before I realized what was happening. When I contacted Acegoo they immediately told me that they corrected the problem with a new memory chip. Their responsiveness and courtesy is fantastic. Iād buy from them again.

Not shipping what they describe
I had two of these lights in my van and I broke one. My van outfitter ordered a replacement and it was not as described. It is NOT dimmable and DOES NOT have the red light. I went to the listing and ordered one think they had placed a wrong order and mine came and it is NOT dimmable and has no red light either. It just turns on and off with a push button. The old ones and the ones described had a touch sensitive switch. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT DIMMABLE AND RED LIGHT. I got stuck having to keep it, since I am leaving on a long van trip.
