Could be more substantive
The amount t of gel in this is not enough for sustained coldness and weight for it to sit nicely on shoulder or round neck, its light and just hovers. The material doesnt allow it to sit.

No velcro
Very good but the one thing that is wrong with this is there is no velcro strap to fasten it with,so you have to hold it together yourself, big no that.

5 out of 5! Thank you so much. I would 100% recommend this ice wrap. Was having neck pain issues and of course a regular ice pack I would have to hold or tie it around my neck which was uncomfortable, but this was great! It helped my pain, helped me sleep, stayed on my neck while I worked (office). I love how one side is like a fabric so it's not too cold but if you flip it over it will be colder if you need. It's not heavy so it is comfortable. I was able to fit it under my xl polo shirt and you almost couldnt see it. Held up great so far and will continue to use when I need one.

Its fine
It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.

Must buy for ON pain
I have ON and get migraines that stem from my neck. This thing is a life saver. Having something to hold onto as it wraps around is really nice to help apply pressure and consistent cool temps to the back of my neck. Its so soft that I can fall asleep on it and it's as simple as popping in and out of the freezer. Sick me is so thankful I bought this.
