Can we adjust keep warm timer for less than 2 hours time? For exsample i would like to to have keep warm timef on for 15 minutes with auto shoot off.

What is the Lowest temperature you can set it up to? I want to use it for mixing baby formula

The lowest temperature that it can be set to is 160 degrees fahrenheit. Once it finishes heating, you can have it hold the temperature, plus or minus 5 degrees and probably track it's temperature even lower, if you need.
