Excellent and effluent. It's effectiveness can be felt from the first time use. From the past 2 years or so I have tried so many supplementery but this one is far better than any other. Hope its effectiveness will remain same in upcoming days. Kudos to manufacturer and thanks to amazon. Value for money. It improves muscle flexibility and reduces tiredness.
