Remember to stay hydrated!
Love these, wish they had the old kind still though. Helps with bloating and stuff for other supplements I take. Good for upset stomach. Great value, functions as intended, strength is all you need regardless of weight. Tastes like nothing goes does easy.

I don't use this product anymore since late 2011....
My review might be embarrassing but I hope I help someone. I am writing this roughly 2 years after I used the product and only though I do so because I found some dig adv ibs pills in the bottom of my vitamin box. The minute I used to wake up, I had to run to the toilet with diarrhea. If I didn't feel complete, anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours later... I had to run to the toilet all over again. If I waked up real early to the point that I was barely awake (like going to my college classes), the minute I "woke up" ... I had to run to the toilet. Work was the same deal. There was no hiding from this. Whenever I had these urges, I used to have the most horrible hot flashes (I am a dude, btw). Just writing this, I am having memories of what I had to deal through. I had to deal with three things... depression, anxiety and ibs. I used to think that all three were linked and it would be a long time before I was to tackle any of them. I used to fall into panic mode when I saw a class that was only available in the mornings or if I was scheduled to work in the morning. I was already depressed, anxious and this was something that made me basically hate myself. I always avoiding anything before 12 noon. I dealt with this for almost 8 years. One day... I went onto google and typed something like "diarrhea every morning" and the ibs support website was one of the first links. In it, people described the same issues of me. Here I was thinking I was all alone, knowing now that there were people suffering the same way. I don't know how it occured but I think I read someone posting about their experience with dig adv ibs pills and mentioned that "it sorta helped." I then became very curious and learned that there was a product to help with my exact problem. I was honestly in disbelief "some company was just trying to rip people off." I read a little and I think the price was around $20, so I gave it a try. When i first started using it, I was farting and very bloated and thought I just made everything worse. I remember reading that things would go this way before getting better. I was a nervous wreak at this time because I was about to start a school program every morning at 6am. Then suddenly after around 2 weeks, it stopped. The every morning diarrhea stopped. I was shocked. Class then began and I was worried. I continued taking the pills for about one-two months into the school program and I remember I had one bad episode and that was it. Around the latter of 2011, I stopped the dig adv pills. I have never had a diarrhea problem since (besides eating spicy foods the night before). I am very lucky and I only hope that others have found success. I still have depression and anxiety issues but the ibs is completely gone. Whatever was in those pills, saved my mornings basically. When i wake up, I still have to use the toilet but its no longer diarrhea and if I wake up so early that I don't have the feeling, I don't get problems hours later at work or school. So with my ibs no longer an issue I have managed to figure out two things with my bowels. I never had issue with drinking milk. My stomach has always tolerated milk well. I never knew this because I always had diarrhea every morning so I didn't know what was good or not. After everything "fixed," I noticed my bowels acted very good to milk. Spicy foods, not good. I now have a habit of drinking a full glass chocolate milk anytime I eat anything spicy. Its the only way I can eat spicy foods and works wonders for me. That has just about dealt with my bowel issues with spicy foods. So thanks dig adv for your ibs pills. I have batch number 10F025 which expires 6/2013 here in front of me. Last time I used it I believe was almost two years ago and I don't think I need them again. I can't even believe that when I went to my doc 3-4 years ago (a Sutter Health physican), he said that my nerves were "hyper active" and I might need nerve suppressing meds when I brought the issue up. Best of luck to you all!

Works for mild GI Cystic Fibrosis too... but has pros and cons
(I am not a medical doctor.) Fantastic product, works for more than just IBS, but has its pros and cons. PROs Miraculous results in under a week for many Tiny pill; can take with or without food Life goes back to normal Can help to eliminate the GI symptoms of mild (adult onset) Cystic Fibrosis Confirms that it isn't all in your head CONs Can cause constipation Symptoms return after you stop using it; it is not a cure Comments - This product is marketed as being for IBS. But, IBS is diagnosed by exclusion - meaning after other factors such as, parasitic infections, lactose intolerance, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, celiac disease, and cystic fibrosis have been ruled out. Between denial, procrastination, funds, lack of physician attention/listening, and a host of other factors, I'm not sure how many people actually make it that far. That said, we have found that this product completely eliminates the Cystic Fibrosis like symptoms in about 3 to 4 days. If you do not see results in 4 days, the manufacturer suggests up to 2 per day for adults. Taking one in the morning and another 12 hours later may help you to achieve better efficacy. In this case, you can start with two per day at first and see if you can drop down. We added high potency probiotics (like Renew Life Ultimate Flora Critical Care or New Chapter Probiotic) as a 3rd dose. In some cases, according to the leaflet in the package, it can take up to 30 days to work. Yes, 30 days. So, it's probably wise not to get discouraged if it takes your system a while. It is not a cure. If you stop taking it, symptoms return. So, if the problem can be resolved by other means, considering using it for some relief while these other solutions kick in. Several have reported constipation. As a suggestion, try taking Equalactin too. It is a non-habit forming water soluble fiber that rebalances your system to combat constipation without causing diarrhea. Unlike most products, it produces results overnight. Use this (with plenty of water and on an empty stomach) instead of a laxative for normal bile movements. Cured?! As an update, we inadvertently discovered that taking a prescribed antibiotic (free from the grocery store pharmacy) for 7 days along with New Chapter Probiotic seems to have eliminated the need to keep taking Digestive Advantage product for ever and ever. We do still take probotics (currently New Chapter Whole Food Probiotics or their Prenatal Whole Food vitamins which contain probiotics) and enzymes (we like Digest Gold) at times. Best we can figure is the whole food supplements have a more lasting effect that the isolated active ingredient in Digestive Advantage? No one thing works for everyone, but we hope that this helps someone.

IBS issues
I've been using the probiotics for a couple of years now and my IBS doesn't bother me anymore. I can eat almost anything. No diarrhea, no constipation. Regular every day.

❤️❤️❤️
This stuff is AMAZING. I’ve been using it for almost 20 years. It’s so easy and effective that I usually forget that I’m lactose intolerant. I just eat whatever I want, whenever I want, no issues. ❤️

Decent & does the job, but better alternative out there
It works, but not as well as Digestive Advantage, which is what I usually order but due to price settles for this one. Pros: price is pretty reasonable as compared to similar products and it does a decent job of calming my stomach after eating certain foods (anything spicy, overly acidic, or greasy). Also, helps keep my BM’s regular. Cons: it doesn’t work as well as other products like Digestive Advantage, which can be on the pricey side at times. Typically with Digestive Advantage, I’d simply take one either right after eating whatever upset my stomach or a few hours later and it’d do the trick; I could even take on an empty stomach and it was fine. With this however, taking with a meal almost seems to make my stomach ache and nausea worse. I typically have to wait about an hour or two after eating to take it, which isn’t ideal when you’re dealing with discomfort and nausea immediately after or during your meal. And when I do take this even an hour or so later, it still doesn’t do that great a job at helping to digest immediately. Overall: a decent digestive aid if your wanting some bang for your buck and will do in a pinch, but there’s better out there if you’re willing to pay a bit more
