Got these to connect two single divan beds together as a super king and they do the job perfectly. We actually bought two packs intending to use all four clips for extra hold, but two were sufficient. We just put the beds up on their ends, used a knife to slice through the plastic mesh where we wanted the clips to go, then pushed the clips into place. They were quite a tight fit on our beds and took a good bit of force to get them clipped in place, but actually that just means they hold together tightly now, which is great.

The clips worked perfectly. Unfortunately the supplier sent completely the wrong items to begin with. However, I messaged them and they sent the right ones immediately without question or hassle.

I discovered these by accident, after years of fretting over a divan that kept wanting to separate its two pieces. These two very strong clips were hammered over two adjoining wooden bits underneath the divan and there is now no more problem. Why aren't these supplied when the divan is new??? The silly clips on the side are weak and useless. To use the U clips, you need to lay the divan on its back, then on both sides remove a few staples from the mesh covering the bottom--just enough to expose and give access to the relevant bits of wood. You'll probably need a hammer to get the clips in place, as they are very firm (and hence do the job). Afterward, you can re-staple if you have a staple gun, or leave it, as you do not need to remove many staples. These clips can also be used to fasten two single beds together and make a king-sixe, apparently. I am just delighted to have saved the few hundred pounds a new divan would have cost and put my money into a good mattress instead! (Some reviewers claim they received plastic clips, but these are definitely metal.) Just the job!

I bought these because the hook that originally held the divans together had broken. Very good easy to put on. I used 3 on my king size bed but 2 would probably have been sufficient.

I was annoyed when the base of an expensive bed began to split in two. I found two very cheap plastic clips on the floor, having dropped from the base. These two little beauties are now holding the base together again .. very tight fit and highly recommended.

I'd love to think they were high quality and well worth the quite cheap price but they haven't turned up and the supplier refuses to email me back. I can't find a phone number for them anywhere so enjoy my £5 you fraudsters :)
