This is a great little karaoke machine. For the price I’d give this 5 stars. It has a master volume control and separate mic control. This is NOT a professional machine, but it is a good amateur machine. The only thing it doesn’t have is the ability to change keys.

I was hoping for it to be loud, but it's very quiet. Also, you need to buy an HDMI cable for FireTV or other tvs for it to connect to the TV. It is fun to play with, but the microphone volume is great (just the music volume isnt). I still really like this product.

I bought this karaoke machine for my daughter 3 years ago. We have enjoyed singing along to CD’s and YouTube videos. We moved recently and the karaoke machine didn’t survive the move. I’m guessing it got dropped? My daughter was so upset and asked for the same machine again for her birthday. It just showed up on the Prime day sale, so I immediately purchased it. I kept the microphone from the last machine so now we are ready for some duets!

This is one of the best machines we have ever used. My family loves to sing and this machine makes you sound really good. Everyone kept complimenting us, made us all feel good. You can’t beat the price, well worth it. Great for all get togeathers, no matter what kind. Price was very good. Order you one now, have fun.

This is my very first negative review and I review things for places often. My sons dad purchased this Singing Machine for him for Christmas. It worked great for about 3 weeks then it just stopped working like it had no power. So I messaged Amazon and they sent me a new power cord at no charge but that didn't make the machine work either. So I emailed Singing Machine customer service and ofcourse it was out of warranty by then. But thats not what makes me mad. What makes me mad is that both times I spoke with Singing Machine customer service they spoke to me as if I don't know how to plug the machine in. They wanted video proof that it didn't work in multiple outlets but said even if I sent that info it would be past warranty and she could guarantee the claim would be accepted. Now after this woman repeated herself three time without listening to what I was saying I simply said ok I'll take the loss but will never buy their products again. So save your money and buy something else this is a piece of trash.

The sound is very good, the lights are extroidinary, and I am super happy with this purchase which is a gift for my grandson. **Update** After loosing my job right before Christmas and a sudden illness that required major surgery and 2 months work leave, I could not make my monthly payments on this item. They worked with me over a long period of time and were very kind and patient. I would give 10 stars if I could.
