I can’t get this fry-able version in any store. Fried is how I usually use these. Fried in a pan of sizzlingoil, it puffs up into a tasty snack. You can put powdered cheese and salt on them for a homemade version of a cheese puff. I’m milk free so I have used nutritional yeast flakes and spice of my choice. I cook them in avocado or olive oil. The store bought chips bother me but this doesn’t. It is made with healthy oils and made fresh. They taste good as toppings on meat meals as well. I haven’t made roll ups much with them but they are good too.
