Easy set up like the compact size

I was excited to get this! It took two weeks to arrive! I opened the box and it was a new unit! IUnboxed it and to my surprise no power cord! I looked and looked and there was none! Amazon said to contact Sharp first so I dud! The CSR told me because I bought it on Amazon I had to deal with Amazon! I was not about to pushed back and fourth between the two companies so IBoxed it up and sent it back!On first appearance it look nice. The player feels a little on the cheap side but I was not expecting a Denom quality player!Okay, I received the replacement and this time with a power cord! I set it up and it sounds great! It has an equalizer and it puts out some great sound for such a small machine! Please note the speakers have a proprietary connection so you will not be able to upgrade or switch out the speakers! This is perfect for me. My Bose Wave Radio/CD player went after 21 years and I did not want to abandon my cd collection! This fits the bill perfectly!

Good quality, compact, sound quality great

I bought this little system for being a compact shelf system. It had mixed reviews, but I took a chance. Got it all set up and turned it on and the display screen does not work. CD player and USB plays fine. But you cannot see what track you are on, nor can you program the radio. And get this, the seller does not accept returns. So I called Sharp Electronics and they took all the info and the serial number. Then I had to take a phot of the model and serial number and email it to them. The next day I got an email back saying that they would not cover this because it was not a Sharp USA product. I was like seriously So I contacted Amazon and was offered a $12.00 adjustment for my troubles of the unit.. I told them it is useless to me and I cannot see the display screen.... SO BUYER BEWARE OF THIS ITEM. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SHARP PRODUCT THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Just hooked up the system and I was impressed. Placing it in a cabinet adds to the resonance of the sound. Perfect for the space we have. Plays one CD great. Now we can use all those CDs we made and purchased. The radio was only fair, but with my subscription to Sirius XM I have tons of channels. My Bluetooth and phone pairing was easy and I can play Spotify and similar streaming methods for hours of listening. Very happy with this purchase. Only one day use so far, but off to a good start.

Very pleased with good price and good sound. No problems.

The only thing I don't like about this stereo is that it doesn't display the song title when playing; only the time elapsed. That's just cheap. Even the lowest cost MP3 player will give you more info than that.,Would I recommend this stereo? Yes, it's got great sound and works well.
