Having problems? It might not be the driver. Check your motherboard's manual.
This product worked as intended for me, but I mistakenly started by using a PCIe port that was disabled by my motherboard because a different port was in use. I didn't think that was the problem at first because this card was getting power to the products I plugged into it (duh, there was a power cable plugged into it!).Based on the other reviews here, I downloaded every driver I could find but nothing worked. I finally checked my motherboard's manual and it turns out that my PCIe #3 slot is disabled if my USB 3 header port is in use. So I had to switch this card to a different port and it immediately worked.I should have check my mobo's manual first, but i'm glad I figured out the problem. Ever since then, this card has worked perfectly and I'm glad I bought it.

Was good until...
I plugged it in and it worked as it should but fast forward to today 1-30-2019 during the process of moving my computer into a new case and upon install the card back into the motherboard I plugged in the SATA power connector and it ripped right off. I don't know how to solder so I can't fix it myself but I've never had a SATA connector just fall off the PCB

... gets the job done and the white PCB goes nicely with my white/black PC build
Definitely gets the job done and the white PCB goes nicely with my white/black PC build. I needed a few more USB ports and I was surprised the USB-c supports fast charging. Included instructions were non-existent and who has a cd player nowadays for the drivers? That being said, still pretty dang good.

Installation is a breeze. Make sure you have an open PCIE port.
Works awesome. Was the perfect part I needed. I haven't had a chance to use the USB-C port yet, but it's an awesome feature to have. Been so long since I installed it, I cannot remember which parts were included. As In, I can't remember if it came with a Molex to Sata power connector.

Easy Install
Easy plug and play install. Upgraded my aging rig with USB C. The other USB 3.1 ports works just fine. Connected a USB external raid box to it. Should be using eSata, but getting good speeds.

it located the card and has worked fine for a week now
Had little problem getting the machine to recognize it, but after rebooting a few times and inserting the CD, it located the card and has worked fine for a week now. Hopefully, it will continue.

Have fun with this...
Well apparently my first review must have displeased one of Mr Bezos' many minions. Let's have another try at it. This product gets three stars off it right away for being such a pain in the keister to install. I had to find out what drivers to get by looking at another review, because the included CD drivers do not install correctly on Windows 7, and you can't just point the hardware to a driver folder, since it's all packed up in the .EXE installer. If you Google the exact search term that's in the other review, you'll be sent to another website that has nothing to do with this company, because apparently this company doesn't even maintain a website. But the other site does have a package of drivers for the USB controller present on this card that will install just fine on Windows 7. Go figure. Are the ports fast? I have no clue. I really couldn't care less if it was USB 30.0 after all the wasted time I spent trying to get the dumb thing to work.
