Hutch holds 2 bunnies comfortably, but only as feeding space & protection from elements!
Item arrived quickly and fortunately, arrived undamaged. Assembly was quick & took me about 2 hours, just one person- I was distracted lol. I did not utilize a drill (optional), but a regular screw driver instead & the assembly was still easy. Instructions were straightforward. So far the cage appears to be okay. Wood is lightweight & soft for ease of packaging and for assembly/screwing in the nails. Thankfully the holes on my cage aligned well, unlike other reviewers' own.I have a Dutch bunny and and mini Lop, both of whom weigh about 5lbs each. I leave both the ramp down and the front wire cage open at all times for them to access the inside. I can't speak for its durability outside in all of the elements (snow/ice, incredible wind, & rain), but it appears as though it'll hold up on a covered porch. The roof, while noted to be asphalt, is brittle and the mini rocks easily shed with little touch initially. My rabbits are potty trained, thankfully, hence the large clear litter box, which I'd recommend. Without a littler box it's very easy for the hay/poops to fall out of the sides. My only critique would be for higher sides to hold the metal grating to maintain things inside the enclosure. Otherwise, the drawer for the poops/urine is alright. I wouldn't necessarily trust it to hold all of the urine/poops for 2 rabbits and I can see the facing on the inside of the bottom tray wearing out quickly and discoloring to something ugly because of the high ammonia content in rabbits' urine. But for the price I can't argue.I may provide an updated review later down the line regarding how it's holding up.

My rabbits love it
Very sturdy love that it has a bottom tray as well and both of my rabbits love to cuddle up in it together. They also have a pen attached so plenty of room

Cute and functional
The media could not be loaded. Everything fit and came together as it should’ve. All the reviews on all the hutches are kind of the same mix of “this is great!” and “this is terrible.” So it was really just a matter of which one had the best measurements for my space. This one is perfect. This is not a complaint about the size, but it IS small. Meaning not spacious and I would highly advise getting something more spacious for anyone who has the space. I personally have a tiny home and I can only spacially afford something of this size. She’s only in here at night and free roams during the day and I think it’s perfect for what I needed it for. It took me an hour to build the whole thing but another hour to do the roof part but that’s only because my extra hand left and I did a step wrong. There are tiny pieces of whatever material is on the roof all over inside the packaging, so beware it will be a bit messy taking it out. Also that same material is on the ramp and I personally feel it’s too rough for my bunny’s feet, so I covered it with fleece and it’s perfect because it doesn’t slide off it just sticks to the material. The slide in floor works fine for me, the bottom one I don’t see what’s to stop it from sliding all the way through the other side but I guess it’s typically up against a wall so it’s fine. Take your time building it right and you’ll be golden !

Love it
Huge hit with my new bunny. It's plenty roomy for her, sturdy, and fairly easy to assemble alone (you just have to get creative and be a monkey by using legs & feet at times, lol). She's in it all the time even when the door is down, and likes to do zoomies up the ramp, inside, then back out. The little room helps her feel secure when she needs to, and the rest of the cage has the wire bottom which is a must for me as I don't like her in her poop & it's easier clean up. She already started to nibble at the wood, but it's to be expected, it's wood! All in all it was a great buy & I'd do it again. Very happy & so is Thistle.

Cheap wood
Works good enough but game in scratched and the wood cracks insanely easy so put the bolts in slow!

TOXIC Roofing Material. HORRIBLE quality.
Product uses toxic roofing gravel/ tar material that constantly drops all over the hutch. Multiple cracks and splintered wood upon arrival. Missing holes for screws in several places. Poor quality soft wood used.

Terrible quality control
The quality control is really bad. 2 piece of wood were split before any installation, there was a chip on one side. The paint was really dark compared to the actual picture. The back piece of wood didn't line up on the top and made for a very tricky instal. Also they installed the latches on the top cover wrong. I had to undo them and flip the around as well as center them because they were crooked. Not impressed. It's cheap so guess you get what you pay for.

Nice hutch, well made!
Nice hutch for our new bunny. It was easy to put together and is surprisingly sturdy. If you’re going to keep your bunny in the hutch the majority of the day then I would get a larger one. But if your bunny will be in and out of the hutch then this one should be perfect.
