I like the flavor, but for some reason, my stomach was getting very upset, that’s why I don’t use it no more. I prefer using the creatine monohydrate with no flavor so I drink it with no flavor or I add some flavor to it or juice it seems to work better. So ever have sensitive stomach is better to go with a non-flavor one so your stomach don’t get inflammation or upset

if this is the fruit punch it was surprisingly good I usually don't like fruit punch cooled and other thing bu this was good. I licked that fact that it had three fla ingredients again if this is the red bottle I got no the 100% pure creatine. which was not flavored and not with extra supplements. that one is ok bu the triple ingerdianet red packaging in fruit punch is very good
