A health food that isn’t gross
It's excellent in smoothies or morning porridge, and I use it nearly daily.I started with 10 grams for the first week and then increased to the recommended 20 grams so the body could get used to it. You will definitely feel the result of the increased fibre in the first week as you get used to it. 😂It tastes pretty good and is better than I thought, as some healthy foods taste horrible or are challenging to incorporate into food.Once it's opened, I store mine in a proper container, as I don’t trust the seal on the bag to keep it fresh. I also store it in the fridge. The only issue is that one of the two bags had opened in the box during transit, and some leaked out. It was only a slight amount, but I would prefer it if this didn’t happen.

Good quality and handy resealable pack.
I recently bought a nutri-bullet to improve my diet and overall health. Flaxseed was one of the ingredients in the recipes so I bought some to try it out.I have never used flaxseed before so I didn't really know what to expect. It comes in a very handy little resealable pack, 200g so make sure this is the amount you want before you order. I prefer the smaller packs as I don't use enough of it to warrant buying a larger pack.It tastes good, I've used it sprinkled on my yoghurt too and it's full of all sorts of nutrients which are good for your health and wellbeing. It arrived well packaged and does exactly what t's supposed to.

Best before date is quite soon for a product like this
No major issue but bear in mind:The best before date on the bags that just arrived are 09/23 (it arrived 07/23) so this is not the newest stock (I wont get through the 4 bags i ordered in that time). As advertised these are 200g bags. Don't make the mistake I did and price compare vs the 425g Linwoods Flaxseed and sunflower seeds you might be used to getting from Ocado etc.

Love it
This is a great product which I use in my breakfast smoothies. Just helps to give me extra energy and gives my smoothies a bit of texture and a bit of oomph! Also not expensive at all compared to in the shops!

Great value in little packs too
Great value in little packs too, they still last me a while as 200g is quite a bit when your putting it in yoghurt and I often forget anyway so it lasts ages..the big packs go to waste as you have to use after a certain length of time after opening and they're over sized for use unless its a whole family..
