I am an anxious, overthinking person. This book taught me how to rewire my brain in order to suffer less, be stressed less, be anxious less. Its easy to read, the concepts are nicely explained, over all a very nice book to read if you like self improvement and have an open mind to welcome new ways to deal with your mind, emotions and thoughts. A Book That Truly Makes You Reflect
I recently started developing the habit of reading, and as someone who is new to books—especially those focused on mental healing and personal growth—I found Don't Believe Everything You Think by Joseph Nguyen to be the perfect place to begin. The language is simple, easy to understand, and highly engaging, making it an excellent choice for first-time readers. More importantly, the book genuinely fulfills its purpose as a self-help guide by encouraging readers to reflect on their thoughts and shift to flow approach in life with a healthier mindset. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to begin their self-help reading journey or seeking gentle guidance for mental well-being.

Read My Personal Review, and IF you identify with myself, this book will be your Saviour!
My GP recommended this little book to myself as she was concerned about my lack of confidence leading to not wanting to inter-act with others, and relieve my depression. I have ordered another book so that I can GIFT it to another whom my GP believes needs the same invaluable help it gave to myself!

Ótimo auto-ajuda
Me ajudou a compreender melhor questões da ansiedade e pensamentos excessivos. No entanto, não é um livro com embasamento científico. É uma coletânea de “achismos” do autor. Dito isso, é uma boa leitura.
