Is this vegan and cruelty free?

I wouldn’t trust it I suggest going to your local beauty supply store and looking on the ingredients there. This is not the real one

Is this any good to help with weave extensions? to stop the itch on the bonds ?

I did find it releasing the itch for short period. I used it short time as I took my brides off shortly, I couldn't bear the itch.

Is this good for starter locks? Can't wash my hair but need something to sooth the itch?

Yes, it is. I had a very itchy scalp and this has helped immensely. I also notice my thinning hair is now getting much thicker.

Can this be used on Caucasian hair/dreadlocks?

Yep i used them on mine. Works reasonably well and smells good, but nothing beats plain old apple cider vinegar.
