Its a good protein supplement tho taste wise really bad since its not flavoured. you have to use cocoa powder some other thing to mask the taste.

It tastes very bad, and it not suitable for everyone's gut. causes bloating ... I wont recommend.. it may have benefits of plant protein but for taste and gut health it is not recommended..

I prefer products with minimal additives and this protein is perfect. It has a neutral flavour mixed in water but is better mixed into foods and juices. If you’re looking for a quality vegan isolate protein with high protein and bcaa content, you can try this. Wish they made larger pack sizes though
