OH YES what a machineI received this today and built it in 5 minutes and then had a go.I was sceptical on the first few reps but then I could feel it.Oh my it really worksThe burn is amazing and it’s intenseWhat a machine+ it’s adjustable to be easy or very difficult and it swivels so you can do your side abs to.Very impressedI love it😃

robust and am already seeing the results after two days. very happy with my purchase.

I really like this, it works all the major muscle groups without putting pressure on the back, can feel it working the stomach, legs, glutes, arms and chest. Very easy to assemble and fold as required.

A present for my husband. He uses it every day. East to use, he is seeing results already. More energy and feeling better.

HMMMMN=========To use it I'd recommend looking at some online videos.ARRIVAL=======The machine arrives well packed and secure. No missing bits. Easy to put together, took approximately 15 minutes to assemble.ABS====There are different settings for it and you use your arms to pull yourself up on the glider and using your weight with the gravity this gives an upper body workout,.LOOKS======It folds away and looks OK. There are better looking machines though.HARD LEVEL==========The most difficult level should really be called impossible level.FIT===I've used it for about 5-10 minutes each day for a few weeks and I'm pleased with the results.
