will this work with the samsung q7fn 2018 model?

It loses its connection every so often and i have to reprogram it. The 3 quick app buttons do not work with my TV.

Is this remote made by Samsung or is it just a copy?

It says samsung on it. We had no issues pairing it to the tv. Looks and works exactly like the original remote.
