See Update Below:Glad I bought a 2 Pack.First Protector went pretty much as described. Cleaning process of the new iPad Screen went well. Cleaning process followed approach used by other Sellers/Manufacturers. Installed the iPad in the provided tray, and positioned the Protector per instructions. There are two sheets attached to the external side of the Protector that marry up with the Tray to provide proper alignment (B1 & B2 per Instruction Diagram); you can’t see under the sheets. Protector aligned perfectly. Performed the initial air bubble removal on the central portion of the screen instructions. I then removed the B2 Alignment Sheet and discovered to white granules between the Protector and Screen. They stuck out like the proverbial ‘sore thumb’. Attempted to remove the granules and re-apply the Protector; however without B2 in place, I could not get proper alignment.Pulled off the first Protector, and starting ‘from scratch’ install the second Protector from the 2 Pack. Went perfectly. Successful installation.I then attempted to register my warranty. The Scan Code returned a ‘404 Not Found’ error. Google Search found the Seller, and the fact that they have a ‘new platform’. Entered the website and created an account; however I could not locate a ‘Warranty Registration’ link.Generated a Customer Support Request containing the information above. Requested Warranty Registration instructions and replacement of the first Protector. The granules were too large, and light colored to escape detection and pickup using the sticky Cleaning Pad 3.It’s been about four days since my Customer Support Request.UPDATE;ESR has been very responsive since the above review was posted. They immediately apologized, and offered a full refund. ESR Customer Service also provided an updated list of links to address my website issue.Stuff happens, and I judge a Seller based more on the response to the problem than the problem itself. Once ESR became aware of the problem, they jumped on it. I’ve also implemented web-based systems, and can appreciate that unforeseen start-up issues occur.I am now a happy, satisfied customer!

I've been trusting ESR since 2018 to protect all my devices from iPhones (almost get a new one every year) to iPads (ranging from the Mini to a few Pros). Screen quality has been flawless with no issues with clarity. Installation is a breeze with the included frame but I will say it is not 100% precise. I've had installs be off by tiny millimeters but nothing to fuss about and it's only noticeable if you really look for it... non-issue but just wanted to set expectations. Thickness has not interfered with any iPad Magic keyboards or folio-style cases.For me, ESR is a day one brand with any iPhone and iPad purchase. I highly recommend them to friends and family and will vouch for with them as long as they're in business!

Star 1Clarity of product is excellent and line-up tool work well. Both of mine contained thread like dust on the screen protectors. I was unable to see any dust on the screen even using a flashlight but when placing the screen protector they showed up not only once but twice. Making do with one and will try another brand for the second ipad

I bought this screen protector because the one I had on my iPad was too thick and the touch sensitivity was inconsistent when playing games. I was skeptical at first with this purchase because it’s just as thick. But I was not disappointed with the touch sensitivity. It feels like there’s no protector at all. Easy to apply. Overall happy with this screen protector.

I stopped buying cheap screen protectors after realizing it’s weird to buy a $1000+ device and cheap out on things that protect it. This screen protector is really high quality and very easy to apply with the provided tools. The high price is justified for the quality of the screen protector and ease of application.

The application of the glass protector is innovative and it comes well packaged along with the necessary wipes to accomplish the task. However, the application process needs improvement as it does not eliminate the 100% chance of having bubbles form underneath. I had several bubbles from all sizes form after I followed the instructions on swiping the bottom part. It took several attempts to get all the bubbles out by applying pressure that I was afraid of breaking the glass underneath. The kit comes with two glass protectors and does suggest to remove the protector in order to relieve the pressure and get bigger bubbles out. This would unfortunately allow dust to get sucked back underneath so it would be best just to use the other protector or do what I did and press the bubbles out. Keep in mind that this is a large piece of glass and in order to have perfect adhesion, you would need a perfect flat mating surface on both the ipad and protector. That is not possible and thus you have bubbles. I like the tray ideas as it helps in positioning and application, just needs more work on implementing a way to press more surface area to remove bubbles.

I use ESR products before that why I order this screen protector. Everything from the screen quality to the thickness fit amazingly. The only problem I have with it was the application tray. I have a problem using it, so I did it the old fashion way and apply it by hand.
