Works As Good As I Need
This siphoning hose works as expected. It is made a tat bit cheap however, it is cheap for 8 dollars. Couldn't expect anything more than what it is for 8 dollars. It meets the need of what I needed it for, yard and garden work for tractor, weed whacker, etc. Works just fine for small now and again uses. I'm happy that I bought it, would by it again...

So easy to use
I go on fishing trips several times during the summer and drive hours to get to my location. It is easier to bring extra fuel cans than to pay the higher fuel prices along the way. My biggest challenge in the past was the weight of the fuel cans and spilling fuel. After a little bit of adjustment, I was able to get this working with no problem. This is not something that you can just get started and walk away, but it is fairly hands free once it gets started. It is not the sturdiest of material, but it is not too expensive and easy to replace if damaged. Well worth the money.

Works good
This has really helped out with siphoning a 5 gallon of kerosene into a smaller container that I then can lift and fill the kerosene heater. Do, indeed, lift the container you're siphoning FROM so that it is higher than whatever you're siphoning the liquid into.

Very good product
I ordered an almost identical Siphon Pump (made in China) a few months ago to replace an old similar pump that I had for many years. The china made pump sucked - no wait,it really did not suck - it would continue to lose prime and stop siphoning and you needed to continue to pump by hand to get the job done. I saw this TERA PUMP SI-60 Siphon Pump (made in USA) and ordered it. Works like a charm. The China knock off looks identical down to the color but does not work. I recommend this model highly.

Works well and cheap
I've had a number of these over the years. They are cheap and will last around three or four years. The plastic dries out, becomes brittle, cracks and develops a leak. I've used it for siphoning kerosene into a heater rather than trying to pour from a five gallon can. I also use it to put diesel in my tractor from a five gallon can. If you can get it with delivery for a total of five bucks then it's worth it. It will save you a trip to Lowes/HD where they sell for five bucks plus tax. The battery operated ones aren't worth the extra money.
