Good for anyone but especially those who don't have access to sunlight
This is the right combination of Vitamin Kr and D3 (synergistic) and blood tests come back almost too good for me - I've backed down on this a bit (was taking two in morning, one in afternoon and evening). If you can't get optimal sunshine (best source) every day this is a good alternative

This product worked too well for me.
This product worked too well for me. It's a very high dose of Vitamin D3, which is fat-soluble and stays in the system. After several months I wound up with a toxic level of Vitamin D in my blood stream. I have to clear it all out before I can take a newly prescribed medication. That means I can't take my multivitamin, and I even have to change my effervescent electrolyte tablets for ones without Vitamin D. Same for calcium supplements. Vitamin D is everywhere! As they say, your experience may vary . . .
