It's too big for two people, but if one were to split into two ziplocks, it would be about perfect. I test-drove a pack for taste. It's really good. A bit salty—which is what you crave in the hills—so I diluted with more water. It's the next best thing to instant and tastes amazing. Be sure to whisk mixture into pot to avoid clumping.
