Stunning tap
We have had this item two years now and it is still in excellent condition and working order. It looks elegant and comes with easy to fit instructions. The pressure is great for both hot and cold settings and is sturdy for family use.

Good fitting tap
Great tap for the reasonable price. Easy to connect although my under sink fittings were a little more complex but this was nothing to do with the item. Fits the sink tap hole well and tightly. Looks good and feels solid enough. Tap action feels solid (on off mixing etc).

Great quality
Looks amazing in our kitchen, easy to install and does not look flimsy like other taps. Pull out function and switching to spray from normal is nice and easy. Colour is great. Came in a nice packaged box.

Easy to Install, Works well & Looks Great
Not sure how well this will last, but so far feels good quality for the cost. Looks good, the extensible hose and spray function are effective & great value for money.

Quality is nice and works well. Water flow is reduced due to smaller pipes. Easy to fit.

Fab addition to the kitchen!
In love! I went to my local hardware store and couldn’t find anything I liked! This saved me £100 and looks fab in my kitchen. The water pressure is miles better and it was relatively easy to fit. Have, and will continue to recommend!

almost impossible to install
although this is a fairly sturdy item it is almost impossible to install in an already insitu sink, the screws that came with it to anchor it to the underneath are too small and fell out. No real after sales service. I asked if they did replacement cartidges, they did not!!!! asked for the specs so that I could see if I could buy from other outleys, they didn't even bother to reply!!!!! i

Short lifespan but very good after sale support
Used for about 22 months and there was water leakage from the internal cartridge that beyond repair. The company did act responsibly and sent me a new one. Supplementing this review after received the replacement tap. The company explained the quality problem in details and committed their continuous warranty and support of the tap. This regained my confidence in their products. Honestly speaking, the price of their tap is very competitive.
