Terrific phone, Amazing value
I knew it was time for a new phone when the battery of my 6 year old Alcatel would no longer hold a charge. I searched many sellers online, reading all the reviews and finally settled on the Motorola e13. I'm not at all technically minded and the thought of setting up a new phone was daunting, but it was necessary. I needn't have worried because within half an hour of fully charging the battery, the phone was virtually set up, it did most of the work for me, it was incredible. Needless to say, I'm absolutely delighted with my choice of phone and would highly recommend it for anyone like myself who isn't technically minded. My only disappointment was the actual delivery by Amazon, they told me the time slot when it would be delivered which was fine, I made sure that I was home. I waited for the knock at the door or a ring of the bell but nothing came. After a few checks outside I eventually found a parcel just dumped at my door. Its not good enough, anyone could have picked it up. I've spoken to other people in the area who have had a similar experience with Amazon. I complained to Amazon but they haven't bothered replying.

Great Value Phone
Have purchased a number of these for drivers to use in our company. Very impressed with them and the value for money. No problems downloading and installing the apps needed, set up was very easy and you can copy or restore from another phone. No Face or fingerprint ID, just a pin number, but that suits as I just wanted something easy to use and easy to manage. Battery life seems very good Sim tray pulls out and has space for two sims plus what appears to be a memory card slot A more than adequate phone for most users. Definitely a good phone for those that just want a good quality and simple smart phone. I also am not so worried if one is broken or lost, at the price of these it is as cheap to buy a new one instead of worrying about repairs. Motorola a good brand, nothing backstreet about them. I also purchased wallet style cases from Amazon at £5 a time so the phones are protected and drivers can also put their fuel cards in the slots provided in the wallets. Nothing not to like.

Incredible for what it's worth. 😂
In 2023 to be able to get a decent entry level smartphone at such a low price is virtually non-existent as you usually have to compromise class and quality for the price you pay but that is not the case with this beauty. I bought this phone solely for gym use as I didn't want to risk taking my usual high end super expensive Samsung each day. It had to have to allow the scanning of my entry code to the gym and this phone seemed perfect. I have given you a variation of shots so you can make your own mind up. In the first shot you will see the elegant white shell type exterior which has a premium feel to it, despite being so cheap. It is lightweight too which is a bonus. The video I have uploaded is to contest the lack of speed someone had mentioned in their review about how slow it is. The searches I do on this video is using my Virgin Media WiFi connection at home, but even on RWG mobile which piggybacks off EE or even Pure Gym's guest WiFi connection, I didn't have any speed issues. The other picture is really just to show you how incredible the picture quality is. It is hard to believe you can grab such a bargain for less than £100 and it is a 2023 model. Now onto the only negative I could find (but it is a big one for me.) As mentioned earlier I had purchased this phone purely for gym use and one of the things I needed it for was to pair up with my Samsung Galaxy smartwatch so I could keep track of my daily steps, heart rate etc and see the results in real-time on the app. Unfortunately no matter what I have tried I cannot get any app to work that is compatible to achieve this. I am gutted (which is why I have given this review 4 out of 5.) For making/receiving calls, internet connectivity, taking pictures it is great but for the lack of this app working, it fell short of being incredible. But I wouldn't let this dissaude you. It is still a beautiful phone accessible to own on an extremely low budget. Highly recommended... 💖

Solid phone
This phone, for the price is really good. The screen is reasonably large, it has good sound, and it's reasonably responsive. It doesn't have fingerprint recognition, and doesn't do well for playing games. But the battery lasts nearly two days with reasonable usage watching videos, browsing, etc. It does fall down is some of the colours on the screen when compared to a high end phone, however that's to be expected given the vast difference in cost. The phone was also surprisingly free of bloatware. It comes with GPS, Bluetooth, it also has a headphone socket which is a nice touch. If you expect this phone to compete with the big high end, high cost, phones you'll be disappointed. But if you want something that just works and does the minimum this is a good choice. I've no worries about losing or dropping this phone because, for the price, I could have a new one every year for the next ten years before I got even close to the price of a Samsung s21

Some time it’s hang
It’s good overall but sometimes it’s hanging and auto close the app and return to home page.

Useful budget phone
It's not rocket fast, it's not made of fancy materials, it's not great. It is fast enough, it is made of sturdy materials and it is good, for the price. I bought the phone as had a new starter that needed a usable phone quickly. Received next day, set up in 30 minutes and handed over the following day. Easy peasy. It supports all the apps you need and functions very well on what appears to be the latest version of "Android Go". Overall, for sixty something pounds it's a good purchase for anyone that needs a calls and texts machine with a bit of WhatsApp and social media thrown in.

Budget phone, budget performance
Decent storage, easy to set up basic quick start and pre installed apps.BUT none of the copy previous phone functions worked, slow to open apps.Took 8 Hours and a recharge to load old phone apps. Not compatible with Android auto so unable to use maps on car screen unlike other phone brands.incompatible with Lens.Sometimes starts with error message when opening a variety of apps, and apps periodically freeze.OK as a second phone but not practical as a main phone

So far, so good.
Not had this phone for long, but so far it is a superb phone for the money. I have a top-spec mobile phone already, but wanted a cheap phone, with a pay-as-you-go sim card, to use where phone numbers are wanted for online services, such as eBay, Discord, my Bank online account, Steam, etc... the list goes on where it's getting hard to avoid giving over your phone number, so I went this way, and my personal phone will stay personal. The phone itself looks great, runs well, and most apps I use all run well enough. Battery life, so far, lasts a couple of days until flat. Takes a few hours to charge - it's USB C, so you can use modern chargers. The latest Android 13 is installed, so you know you are up-to-date with the latest Android OS. Overall, really pleased with the phone, so far.
