WOLF-Garten LU2B Flower Fork Fixed Hand Tool, Red, 39.2x2.96x3 cm

German quality reincarnated in this hand fork. Light, sturdy, great value (this isn’t a price reference, i.e. ‘cheap’ btw) and importantly, it does the job unlike some of the cheap ones (i. e. opposite to ‘value for money’). Even if the colour combination fails on the eye it definitely gains on visibility in the patch (‘no pain, no gain’, so to speak, brought to life through its handle clues) 🙃🤫🤫🤫 all things excellent!!!

A very solid and comfortable feel I have no doubt this hand fork will last a lifetime. A comparable price for much weaker products I think makes this very good value for money. Hopefully the brightly coloured handle will make it easy to spot when clearing away?

Knocked down one star because during extended use the hard angles at the end of the handle start to bruise your hand if you're using it on really tough weeds. Otherwise, far better than all the other hand forks I've used, seems almost unbreakable.

Great garden fork which I've had for a while now and still not managed to break! I am rather heavy handed with a small garden fork and seem to get through them rather too quickly but this one feels really heavy duty and I have already used it a lot without bending any of the prongs at all. Very pleased with this little hand fork!

A vert good fork and is very strong and value if bought on amazon as it is a lot cheaper than garden centres, this is the second one i have bought as i lost the first one

Strong product...and much better than the usual DIY store cheaper alternative (of which I have a few). I'll be throwing out the old DIY versions and would expect the Wolf-Garden to last for years. I am so pleased with the product, that I'm considering buying other gardening tools by the same make/manufacturer

Used this fork on matted weedy patches under a hedge. Other cheaper forks bent but this one is very solid. I am delighted with it and it is worth spending the extra instead of buying several cheaper products.

Eine Blumengabel gehörte bislang für mich nicht unbedingt zu den Gartengeräten, die in unserem Haushalt keinesfalls fehlen dürfen. Sie schienen mir eher geeignet für Balkonkästen und Töpfe zu sein als ihre Berufung in einem großen Garten zu finden. Warum ich schlussendlich nun doch zugegriffen habe erklärt sich durch die massive Ausbreitung des Gierschs. Ein wahrhaft unangenehmes Kraut, welches sich bedauerlicherweise schnellen Wachstums erfreut und noch dazu über seine Wurzelausläufer ein dicht verzweigtes Netz ausbilden kann. Mit einfachem ausgraben oder ausreißen ist es daher nicht getan. Wer wie wir einen dichtbepflanzten Garten hat, der kann nicht mit einer großen Spatengabel durch die Beete ziehen, da nicht nur der Giersch, sondern auch viele der „gewollten“ Pflanzen dieser Methode zum Opfer fallen würden. Etwas Kleineres zum dosierten Einsatz musste also her. Das Gabelprinzip hatte sich bereits in der Vergangenheit bewehrt und auch wenn die Blumengabeln nicht so beworben werden, eignen sie sich exzellent für diese Art der Anwendung. Die Wurzeln verfangen an den einzelnen Zinken, während die Erde hindurchfällt. Aufgrund ihrer Kompaktheit ist das Risiko andere Pflanzen zu beschädigen recht gering. Die Blumengabel von WOLF-Garten ist sehr gut verarbeitet, liegt ordentlich in der Hand (auch in größeren Männerhänden) und vor allem sind die Metallzinken außerordentlich stabil. Sie sehen wahrlich nicht so aus als ob sie beim ersten Mal verbiegen könnten. Nach mehrmaliger Nutzung kann ich daher sagen, dass das gute Stück nach wie vor wie neu aussieht und kein bisschen seiner Funktionalität eingebüßt hat. Es lässt sich zudem leicht mit Wasser reinigen. Dem Giersch hat die Anschaffung jedenfalls nicht gefallen. Er hat dank der Blumengabel erhebliche Gebietsverluste erlitten und ich bin zuversichtlich dass sich das Unkraut dauerhaft kontrollieren lässt. Gemessen an dem Anschaffungspreis in jedem Fall eine kostengünstige und vor allem ökologische Lösung des Problems Giersch. Als klassische Blumengabel habe ich sie bislang nicht genutzt aber ich bin mir sicher, dass sie auch für diesen Anwendungsfall problemlos eingesetzt werden kann.

This is the go-to tool for us, from putting seedlings in to moving established plant roots to the majority of soil management in a backyard garden. This tool has outlasted all of our previous garden tools (used for 2 years at time of this writing). It hasn't snapped, broke or rusted like our other tools (it will bend instead under excessive weight). The round forks prevents slicing up earthworms which was a big concern with spades, shovels and flat-bladed forks. The handle still didn't break. This gets stored in and outdoor shed in a northern climate. An easy recommend.

セイタカアワダチソウの地下茎を掘り起こすのに使用した。四方八方に伸びた地下茎も植物の中心部分の下に差し込んでハンドルに体重をかけて下に動かすと楽に掘り起こせる。かなり太い根っこでも丈夫なので大丈夫だった。今までは太い根っこには、小さなツルハシを使っていたが爪が一本なので全部一度には掘り起こせなかったし、地下茎が途中でちぎれたりしていた。昨年ツルハシで抜いた跡地に数センチの残りの根っこからまた新芽が出てきているが、今年はこの４本爪のフォークで抜くので全部根が抜けそうな気がする。買ってよかった。
