Can this be used to torque Electrical panel breaker screws, 2-6AWG wires screws, etc?

I wouldn’t recommend using a large metal tool in an electrical panel. Breaker screws should be hand tightened enough to judgment. Over tightening can crack breaker body making breaker unsafe and dangerous. Use well insulated screwdriver with good fitting tip and gloves and breaker off, know where live voltage is at all times.
