Nicely fit, moderate installation, have to disassemble the new latch to change over two cables and remember to remove the 10 mm bolt that holding the glass runner for access other than that piece of cake. And for the price cannot complaint. Thanks for recommending the product.

Here’s the updated, slightly shorter version: I never needed the new lock since my original one started working perfectly after I applied a proper lock lubricant on the door itself. Once this was functional, I was able to use the master lock to lock doors, and then this allows the hood lock to be released. Quick tip: always research the right lubricant before using one, as some can attract dirt and cause issues later. Go for a dedicated lock lube like graphite powder or Teflon-based dry lubricant (easy to find at Home Depot). I sprayed a small amount directly onto the latch (the metal mechanism on the edge of the door), worked it in and out a few times, and instantly the action was smooth with almost no friction. Door’s been closing and latching perfectly ever since. It’s easy fix that saved time and money!

The part works well, but don't fit with the original part, was an ease installation, has noise with lock and unlock, you need to make adjustments for fix the part on the vehicle.
