**Q: when to ideally charge with it  - always keep lithium battery fully charged or wait till only 1 bar showing on battery ??**
A: Only 1 bar showing on battery and then get it recharged will be better.

**Q: Can I keep charger plugged in even after fully charged?**
A: It's not a good habit to keep charger plugged in after fully charged, not good for battery cycle life.

**Q: What does a green blinking light indicate, other than not charging the battery?**
A: Please check the battery status with a multi-meter, especially the battery voltage. If the battery voltage is below safe range, the charger will be blinking. 
While if battery is OK, you please return the charger, we will have it check and send you a new replacement.

**Q: This charger is identical to my charger however my charger has a 5 pin connector,  how can I get it to connect to my ebike battery?**
A: It should be the same connector, as we also have the saying 5.0pin for this connector. Do you have Vernier caliper? If yes, you please measure your present battery connector size(we listed the size picture) to confirm if they are the same.
