Steady Shot is a lens function. If your lens has the Steady Shot it will work with the MEIKE Extension Adapter as all electrical contacts are passed through.

Will these work with the new sony a7iii?

As long as the a7iii works with the same lenses as the a6000 and a6300, then it should work with these extension tubes.

does it fit to Sony Alpha 5100? Please advice!

The 5100 has an e mount, so this will fit.

Will this make my manual focus lenses focus on its own? New to this So pardon my ignorance

No. If your lens is manual focus only before adding the ring(s), it will still be manual after.
