Will this work on any size dog?

Yes, I believe that it will work with all sizes of dogs (I have never heard of microchips being too big or too small for a dog). The packaging and directions didn't say anything about what size of dog it's for and when I was comparing microchips I never saw anything about different sizes of dogs, just that this microchip was a little bit smaller than other chips.
