Every woman deserves one of these!
This product has been a life saver. It is the best thing for a woman for that time of the month, and even if you are someone who gets ovarian cysts like myself, this definitely helps! I've also gotten swollen lymph nodes and it helps ease those as well. I love that this is HSA approved too and got a few for Christmas gifts because honestly every girl deserves one of these! The heating pad itself is super soft and convenience is nice that it straps on and you can wear without holding it, which is nice if you need to do choirs. Only thing I would say is that the battery packs wire isnt very long and wish I could slide it in a pocket. It doesnt really strap on to the heating pad strap either but I manage. I also use this so much the battery dies quicker since I usually do like 3 rounds a session. An 1.5 battery life isnt long enough, cry face but hey im happy I get at least 1.5hr time regardless. So thank you whoever invented these amazing things!

Pixie Menstrual Belt – Stylish, Comfortable, Plus++ Backed by Amazing Customer Service
I’ve had a great overall experience with the Pixie menstrual product line, especially the menstrual belt. While the belt’s battery did drain prematurely, Pixie’s top‑notch customer service immediately stepped in and offered a fast, hassle‑free resolution. Their responsiveness made a big difference and allowed me to quickly get back to using the device for body pain and menstrual discomfort relief. The belt itself is very stylish, comfortable, and highly adjustable. I really appreciate that it even includes an extender, making it easy to customize the fit. It sits perfectly on the body and delivers soothing heat exactly where it’s needed, whether I’m sitting, lying down, or moving around. No matter the position, it stays in just the right spot to provide consistent comfort for stomach and lower abdominal discomfort. Between the thoughtful design, effective pain relief, and exceptional customer support, Pixie truly stands behind their products. I’m happy to continue using and recommending this brand.

Works, but has some inconveniences
It works, it heats up nicely, but there are some definite flaws. I was definitely expecting the battery life to be poor. Generating heat is pretty energy intensive, and the battery pack included is small. The battery pack can be charged with micro usb or usb-c, but the included cable is micro usb, which kind of tips me off that it's pretty old and technology is somewhat outdated. But again, I was expecting that. I chose this particular one because the battery was external and I can very easily swap it out so that I still have a working product, and in that respect I got what I wanted and am pleased. My biggest knock on it is that the back side of the heating panel where the power cable comes out, it is so rough and sticks out so much that a thin layer of fabric was not enough to keep it from irritating and chafing my skin. I ended up putting layers of tape over it to smooth it out. I don't understand the intended effect of the vibration, I'm just here for the heat. Overall, I think it's a good product that I expect to use for a long time, but I wish the design was improved.

Period heating pad
I really love this wearable heating pad! The cordless design makes it so convenient because I can move around without being connected to an outlet. The three heat settings are great, and I like being able to adjust the warmth depending on what I need. It’s comfortable to wear and discreet enough to use while relaxing or doing things around the house. The heat feels soothing and makes those uncomfortable days much easier to manage.

The Best Heating Pad!!!!
This is the best heating pad ever!!!!! The $50 price tag seems like a lot at first, but it is worth every penny!! This heating pad is so comforting when that time of the month strikes! It’s super slim and it is charged by a small battery (not plugged into the wall) so you could wear it literally anywhere. It has two different heat settings so you can adjust how hot you want it and it turns itself off after a while so you don’t fall asleep with it on and set yourself on fire. My all time favorite feature of this pad is the massage setting… it feels sooooo nice when you’re having issues and it’s got four different modes so you can choose based on which one is most comfortable! The only downside is that the little battery pack you charge to power the pad takes four hours to charge and lasts about four hours but I think you can buy another battery so you could rotate the two out. I try to charge it when I’m not on my period so that it’s ready when I need it. That being said, I want every woman to know about these heating pads because they are game changers!!!!

Bummer
This was great! … for about two or three months, when the middle setting for the hearing function just stopped working. I set it to the middle setting and within five seconds it turns itself off, after which, NONE of the settings will work until I unplug and replug the power supply. Vibrations, low heat, and high heat all work fine, and those are all the settings I don’t use (low heat is ineffective for me, high heat is actually too hot, and I’m not even totally sure how the vibrations are meant to help lol). But the one setting I use is the only one that no longer works. It’s disappointing because this really did help me a lot for the first couple of months, but oh well, I guess.

Wow, it’s amazeballs!
Let me begin with I started having cramps and spotting after not having a period for nearly 20 years due to endometriosis (med controlled). The pain and nausea was unbearable but I didn’t want to go to the ER because they’re terrible here (rural medicine at its finest). So I bought this and two kinds of pain patches. This came first and oh my gosh, it charged much faster than indicated and the directions were good, but not great, it missed a few steps and I’ve got a brain injury so I struggled a little but was able to figure it out pretty quickly. I turned it on and was stunned how wonderful this heating belt is! It’s now changed my life. I’ve used it multiple days in a row until I stopped needing it. I love that there’s an expandable belt, it’s so thoughtful and necessary. I barely needed it, but I did need it. No additional discomfort with pinching or pressure, just heat where I needed it. I really like the fabric as well. My sole complaint is that the company does not sell the herb pouches that come with it. I’ve searched and I’ve not found anything. It really bothers me because the pouches help so much. Overall, it’s a fantastic tool for women having any sort of abdominal pain and I’d recommend this to others.

Having period cramps!? This one is the one!
Such a game changer! I wish I knew about it before, I've been diagnosed with endometriosis so the cramps are a serious problem: pelvic and lower back pain. If only the battery will last longer it will be perfect, but it is understandable that It won't last longer if I'm using it in high level almost all the time. It adjusts around the waist perfectly, thanks of the extra belt. It feels super light and easy to use. I used the vibration mode more for my lower back and the first 2 levels are comfortable for me.

Brilliant for pelvic and lower back pain!!
As a long time endometriosis sufferer, this product is brilliant. Keeping a hot water bottle on your pelvic area isn't easy and other heating pads are too hard and bulky to sit under the belly. It's genius how flat and soft it is making it extremely wearable and the extension belt is a godsend. It's also extremely discreet and I was able to wear it at work without anyone knowing. The only downside side is the battery takes forever to charge up so I'm thinking of buying a second battery pack.

Finally, a heat pad that actually gets hot!
Finally, a heat pad that actually gets hot! This heat pad is so good, I've tried various back heat pads for relief on a prolapsed disc, & they barley get hot enough to feel anything. So I thought I'd try a different route & try a period pain relief pad. I'm so glad I did, using it on the back instead of the front is a little trickier, but if you set it up before putting it on, it's not an issue. It's lightweight and has a lovely feel to it and the controls are very easy, and on the highest setting it does get quite hot, hot enough to feel through a thin item of clothing also. The expanding belt size is generous, but there is also an extending section too for those a bit "portly" like myself lol and it's not bulky. It's really comfortable to wear, you can literally forget you have it on. So happy with this belt!

Very useful little device
Really useful product, my girlfriend absolutely loves it and helps with her cramps. Had an issue with the battery at first but the customer service was so quick to resolve. Highly recommend.

Very discreet and comfortable. Not very long battery life!
Order it about a year ago. Very happy, very pleased. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long ( an estimate of around 3 hours of semi continuous use). Unfortunately after a year the battery pack starting playing up. I contacted costumer service. They reached out immediately and were very helpful and within 2 days they had sent a complete replacement of the heating pad, no questions asked. My only issue would be the battery back. Tried searching to buy an extra separately but they dont sell them separately.

Great for endometriosis and adenomyosis pain
I love this heat belt so much. It’s so easy to be mobile with it unlike a water bottle or a heavier duty heat pad - I’ve tried many! I have endometriosis and adenomyosis and it helps soothe the pain a lot. The heat settings are brilliant, I usually have it on medium and only use high if I’m wearing thick clothes. The customer service is also great, and when mine broke I got a replacement sorted so quick and easy. The only thing I would suggest is to buy a different battery pack. The one it comes with maybe lasts an hour but using a belkin one gives me 8hr usage on my worst days. I’ve already recommended this to friends who also love it. Definitely the best heat pad I’ve had for pain relief.
