Used Trader Joe's Ghost pepper grinder for years which is no longer available. So I purchased this as a replacement. This is much Hotter. All you will need is a tiny amount of this product on food or in soup. if you get some fine Ghost Pepper particles on your hands after cooking and forget and rub your eyes, be prepared to cry for an hour or more. Trust me! Product is ground very fine already, too fine for grinder. I love the heat level, but found it difficult to apply evenly on food like salt or pepper. Like anything else, it's a learning process. Enjoy!

I bought this to make Ghost Pepper pickels. Depending on your tolernance for heat, I used about a tsp of flakes and they didnt come out too hot for me, while for someone else who like a medium heat, they were kind of hot for them, altho tolerable. But they ate 5 pickles at once. so ... :)

Love it on my roasted veggies for a little kick.
