I had a right knee replacement and bought this to help me grab objects. I recently had my left knee replaced but there were several complain on a walker for 6 weeks with zero weight put on my left leg. I thought the reacher would be perfect for it!!! But, I went to grab my lightweight shoe and it broke. I’m highly disappointed bc it’s too far after the return window had closed. I have 4 weeks and have no choice but to buy a new one. It will ABSOLUTELY be from a different manufacturer

My first order got stolen off my porch during the holiday season, but thankfully Amazon replaced it for me. I'm glad it all worked out, because this extended reach grabber is pretty awesome! It's well-made, foldable & has lots of handy features like the magnet & gripping function. I love that the hinges lock in place, because I've had other ones that will droop if you don't hold them a specific way. With the locking mechanisms, you can hold this grabber anywhich way & it'll stay firmly extended.As a bonus, I even found that if you want to unlock one or the other hinge in order to grab something that fell behind a piece of furniture or whatever, you can still control the gripping function even at that 90° angle due to the thin but strong cable running thru the pole segments. (Which is great for me, because my arm is too chunky & too short to reach behind stuff, but this grabber isn't!)

Ok, so this "grabber' was honestly one of the best we have had. It is durable, easy to use, space saving, and super functional.We have used this one a ton and it Finally had enough after 14 months of use.

This works really well. I can pick up the thinnest paper or even Penny’s. The ability to fold it up for storage in closets, drawers or even under a car seat

this reacher is a blessing, if you drop something easy to pick up things. buy two keep around your house. helps get clothes out of dryer. we love ours. great products a must have around the house. also reaching high for things.

My parents had a wonderful library built in our den growing up, and they bought an extender to grab books from the top shelf. So when I had my library built in the backroom years ago I would break out the ladder to get up to the top.No more! This foldable joint works for even the fairly thick heavy books. The trigger grip for your hand is comfy and doesn't dig into your skin. It is sturdy and well made. Just be gentle with the folding extension snaps. If they break then you'll have to tape it or Gorilla Glue it to keep it together.

If you are tall, these are for you! They are nice and Long and so easy to use. They have a magnet on the end also that has come in very handy also! Would highly reccomend!

I ordered this grabber because I live alone and a box of sandwich baggies fell down behind the folding doors on my pantry shelves. It's light, which I appreciate at age 75. In order to get it to grip the item, however, i had to wrap rubber bands around the gripper pads on the end because the ridges are fairly hard plastic and don't have much grab to them. You could use rubber fingers maybe, as well. I haven't tried to lift anything heavier than the box of 40 baggies, which was very light. The magnet seems to be fairly strong and it kept attaching itself to the side of my refrigerated where I am storing it.
