Circular bag holder is awesome!
I bought the 'circular' model of this product and absolutely love it. I've gone through various types of bag holders and this one is by far my favorite. The other ones I had were either too difficult to open to change out the bags, or the holders were specific to rolls that had a cardboard insert, or the ones I hate the most - the bags are fed through an opening like those Lysol wipes canisters. After dealing several times with bags falling out of holders and rolling down the sidewalk, I decided to try this one. It really is awesome. The top has a zipper for easy opening to refill the bags, and the bag feed-through is wide enough to easily take a new bag for use. It's large enough to handle any size poop bag refill and there is no rod in the middle, so you can use bags with a cardboard insert if you want, loose bags, or ones that are rolled with no insert. Really great item!

No End Cap to lose and No plastic strap to break.
I bought this because I was tired of losing the caps or screw-on ends from Plastic Holders. Plus plastic holders frequently have a plastic loop that sooner or later will break and you lose your holder. I've never managed to keep a plastic holder for more than 3 months without one or the other occurring. (I took to securing the plastic cap with masking tape just to keep it on.) So when I searched for a container that wouldn't have those problems and found this, I was hopeful. When it arrived it exceeded my expectations and I think this is close to a perfect design. I've already ordered a second one for my daughter.I use the Velcro loops to attach this to my retractable leash. So far (with over 30 days now) the Velcro straps have held with no problems and at this point I believe they are strong enough to last for months, instead of the weeks typical for plastic holders for us.One other feature I really like is that the bag is roomy enough to hold two rolls of bags. (It snug when you refill but not over tight. This is so handy! No more running out of bags on a walk, or realizing I walked out the door without refilling the container.A couple of reviewers complained because they say it takes two hands to pull out a bag. Funny - I've never been able to tear off just one bag with any other holder with a single hand. They must be really good at it, but for me the tight fitting outlet for the bags is a big advantage. It's easy to pull out one bag (and no worry about pulling too fast) and then grasp the feed bag with my leash hand while tearing off the bag.I've also not had the experience of accidentally pulling a half-dozen bags out when trying to tear off a single bag - and then having to try to roll the extras back.If you like to keep the bags on the leash - best place so you don't forget them, then pulling a bag out of any holder is a two hand job unless you step on the leash or hold it in your teeth. I've never had the "rest of the roll" pull out when the roll gets close to empty - although maybe that is because of the extra roll inside. I can visualize that might happen if you jerked hard, but honestly the opening is pretty snug and hard to imagine it happening. The only two drawbacks - minor in my opinion: 1. It is hard to get a roll started. The outlet flaps are pretty stiff and close pretty tightly, so it usually takes me a few tries to start a new roll. 2. The one roll of bags that come with this are junk and might as well throw away. Maybe good for small dogs, but about half the capacity of my normal bags and very thin plastic.

disappointing at this price
I bought this because the top of our usual plastic holder kept popping off, creating a mess of bags everywhere. This works well, but it is almost impossible to pull a new bag out of the holder if the roll is ~50% or less. The holder really needs a firmly attached rod in the middle to keep the roll centered and to give it something to spin against. We unzip the top almost every time, and that's very counterproductive.I wouldn't buy it again at this price point.

Good dispenser
I run 2-4 miles a day with my Aussie, Sam. She's not aggressive - she has PICA and eats everything and the muzzle helps keep her from eating most things. I usually go through poop bag dispensers every other month or so because they break or a piece falls off. I've always bought the hard plastic ones and decided to give this fabric one a try. I run in all kinds of weather and this seems to be somewhat waterproof or resistent at the least. The caribiners that come with it don't feel like the best quality but they've held up well so far (I've had it about 6 weeks). When the bags come loose on the roll it is harder to get just one out. If the opening for the bags had more stability I think this would be less of an issue. Overall I'm pleased with it, esp for the price.

With one minor alteration, is exactly what I needed.
Is what I expected from the reviews I read on the product. Will have to see how it holds up over time. As for the bags all pulling out when the roll gets down to a smaller size which I see was a complaint about it, just cut a piece of cardboard that will just fit length wise, and around the inside, rolled around the outside of the bags, cut a slit, or x at the bag pull point, pull the starting end of the bags through both cardboard and holder, and there you go. Cardboard is usually pretty abundant in any household, so you can cut different ways for the opening in the cardboard until it pulls through the way you want it too. Different thicknesses are going to feel different also. If it gets wet or wears out, cheap fix. Just cut another one. No big deal. As for ripping off the bags one handed, realistically that can't even happen without this product. The tear point is pretty tough, and requires 2 hands, or step, sit, or kneel on the other side of the rip point, and they'll come apart. Or step on the end of the leash, and use 2 hands. It's perfect for what I need it for. Long walks late at night when it's cooled off outside, and my friend just can't make it all the way back home, and I don't want to leave a neighbor a present in their yard.

Great holder!!!!
This is the best dispenser for doggie bags that I've found! The bags feed through flat and smooth, because there is a slit for them to feed through, instead of a circular opening. This way the bags stay flat and easier to tear off. I've already purchased another one for my other dogs. The clip it comes with attached to my dogs small Flexi leash with no problem. However, I don't know if it would be as easy to attach to a larger size leash handle. You would just need a larger clip maybe. All in all, this is a great bag and very well made.
