Great Boom Arm That Gets the Mic Off My Desk
I've been using my SHURE microphone on a desktop stand, it was staking up desk space and was constantly in the way. Since my desk also doubles as my podcast studio, I needed something that would get the microphone out of the way without making it harder to record. This boom arm was easy to install, and attaching my microphone took just a few minutes. I especially like the built-in cable management, which keeps the USB cable neat and out of the way instead of hanging from the boom. When I'm recording, I can pull the mic right where I need it for great sound. When I'm done, it swings completely out of the way so I have my desk back. The arm moves smoothly, is easy to adjust, and stays put. For the quality and functionality, I think this is a great value for the money. If you're looking for a sturdy, affordable boom arm that keeps your microphone handy without taking over your desk, I'd definitely recommend it.

Excellent Mic Arm: Built to Last, Holds Heavy Mics Like a Champ
I've been using the InnoGear Mic Boom Arm for over a year now with a Shure SM7B mounted on it, and it's proven to be rock solid. This arm delivers exactly what you need from a professional mic stand. The build quality is exceptional. The joints are tight, the spring tension is consistent, and there's zero wobbling even with the weight of the SM7B hanging off it. The SM7B is no lightweight, but this arm handles it effortlessly without drooping or drifting. That's the kind of stability you need for recording and streaming. After a year of daily use, everything still feels as solid as day one. No springs weakening, no joints loosening, no creep over time. The cable management clips work as intended, keeping my XLR cable organized and out of the way. The mounting clamp is rock solid and doesn't slip on my desk. Installation was straightforward, and compatibility with the Shure SM7B was perfect. The adjustability is smooth—you can position the mic exactly where you need it without fighting the arm. Once positioned, it stays put. No readjustment needed mid-session. For anyone running a streaming setup, podcast, or recording studio with a quality microphone like the SM7B, this is a no-brainer purchase. It's affordable, built tough, and will last you years. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Best microphone arm I’ve used
This arm is exactly what I was looking for. It has an extender to make it higher so I was able to have it go above my monitors and come back down when I need it. Super easy installation and has the best cord hider I have seen yet from a mic arm. It fit perfectly into my complex setup. Very compatible if you have monitors and want a mic to come over. The movements on it are also very fluid and strong. And it holds my microphone perfectly when I mounted it so it’s mount ability and ease of use makes it a no brainer purchase

A little stiff, but overall really good purchase!
I bought this to hold my fifine am8 as well as to test out my Audiopro. But over all it's been fantastic for my fifine am8. Holds it great, it can swivel well and really adjust the way I need it. My only issue is that it is a little stiff when trying to pull it towards me. I'm hoping that's just because I haven't had it and used it for a while, so hopefully that will sort itself out. But for now, it is definitely a good purchase. There are cheaper ones on the market, but I like how sturdy this one is without having to pay $100 or so. As for my Audiopro, I only tried to connect it once and it didn't work. But I think that's more my audiopro and trying to remove it from its base. But if I remove the am8 from it's base and replace it with the audiopro that should work just fine. Update: I needed another boom arm for another mic I have. I tried a few other ones and they just didn't work anywhere near as well as this one did. So I'm buying a second one of these. Definitely recommend.

At $38 it's worth every penny.
One of the best quality of life upgrades for my desk setup after having my AT-2020 standing on a simple stand for many years. The arm is sturdy and stays in place where you move it but it articulates easily. The clamp holds super solid on a standing desk. I like the look of it and the cable routing channel. Some of the best money I've spent on audio equipment and it wasn't much.

Fantastic mic arm
For me, this is a great product. Well constructed; feels heavy-duty. Extremely sturdy. The joints of the arm are very tight and hold (my) mic in place very well. Track tray for cabling; very easy to clip in and out. And no brand name on the arm that advertises for someone else! I've only had it for a few days, so I will update should the first impressions change. Very happy with this purchase.

Worth the price
Good price, easy to assemble. Not the same quality you'd get from a Blue microphone mount, but fits the bill. No regrets.

Perfect
Such an upgrade! Having the extra height let's it sit over my monitor when it is on a monitor riser, and without the riser with my monitor raised via a stand. The additional height gives a lot of flexibility for setup. It moves smoothly and doesn't show signs of sagging in the month I've been using it, even with frequent repositioning. I use it with the HyperX SoloCast 2. Super quiet, feels high quality, and durable. Very quality upgrade from my $15 boom arm from years ago.
